A 4 x 6 foot American Flag with 50 stars and a 12 foot pole (in two parts). Made by Everwear Bunting. Flew in front of Jolley's Pharmacy, 105-107 Erie Street. Frank H. Jolley (1891-1973) operated Jolley's Pharmacy from 1928-1963. He sold it to Ken Cathcart who hired John Hromyak. Hromyak later bought the store and changed the name to Edinboro Pharmacy. It operated until the early 1980's.

It is to David Swanson in Indianna from Lu. Lu writes, "This scene will give you an idea of the idyllic beauty of the country around this dear little town." They are camping in a tent.

Inside the front cover is written "Mis Lucinda Phelph's Book" and a paper pasted on the next page reading, "Mis Lucinda Phelph's Book, Washington, Erie, Co, Pa April 28, 1845." A 5 x 4 inch heart-shaped picture frame made from cork stitched together with black thread. The picture inside is cut from a colored postcard of a canoe on a lake, possibly Edinboro Lake. Parts of orange stitching can be seen at the sides. Perhaps a souvenir bought here or a craft made at the camps.

A sepia postcard showing Meadville Street, 1900-1926. The street is dirt and the trolley tracks are visible. Writing on the front says "This is a view from our house." (The donor was Barb Baron so supposedly from her Hanson family home.) Marked with symbols are the Stanford Block, a bank, Gerrish Block and the Post Office. Signs for a bakery and a drug store are also visible.

A brown paper, 9 x 14 inches, made to cover a medium schoolbook. The front has lines for title, name and school along with the pledge of allegiance. The back has a picture of a soldier and reads, "For Victory Buy United States War Bonds and Stamps." Used during WWII, 1940's.
